Explore the vibrant Afro-Francophone culture of West Central Africa while immersing yourself in French language and even learning a bit of Wolof.

Run by Lawrence, this term-length program runs every other year during Spring Term and is open to students who have taken through French 202 or the equivalent. Although a French-speaking program, the Dakar, Senegal Program is open to students in all majors.

Life in Senegal

While in Dakar, you will experience Senegalese culture and life through the eyes of your host family, with whom you'll live, as well as cultural excursions, encompassing travel in and around Dakar and Senegal.
