25-45 minute videos for at home workouts. Workouts use the TRX or weights that you can find at home. Modifications and alternative exercises are provided. 2 new workouts provided each week, so you can pick your favorites.
Fitness Friends matches Lawrence University students with similar goals, fitness levels and interests so you don't have to work out alone.
Healthy Viking Program
Free virtual personal training is available through the wellness center. Our experienced Personal Training intern will create a customized program, just for you! We are here to keep you accountable and help you reach your fitness goals. Omar Ward is our resident intern for the program beginning May 18, 2020.
