Citi’s Freshman Discovery Program is a virtual workshop series dedicated to helping students discover their unique career path, gain technical knowledge, and kickoff their early career planning. Selected students will join Citi’s Early Career team to attend virtual workshops, chats with senior leaders, and network with business professionals. We want to hear from you if... You are a first-year student currently enrolled in a four-year Bachelor’s degree program from an accredited US institution, or you are first year enrolled in community college planning to transfer to a four-year institution Have an expected graduation date of Fall 2028 – Spring 2029 Who we think will be a great fit… Students with a strong interest in financial services Students with a strong curiosity for learning and embracing new challenges and topics Team players who are eager to collaborate and succeed with new colleagues and peers Self-starters who are excited to hone their professional and personal growth This program is open to all first-year students regardless of major/field of study. Students with limited exposure to financial services are also encouraged to apply. Candidates will be selected based on their academic achievement, extracurricular activities, and leadership skills. Interested candidates must submit a resume to be considered. Applications are due Monday, April 27 by 9AM EST. Selected participants will attend the Freshmen Discovery Program on Tuesday, May 19 – Thursday, May 21, 2026.
