What is Sanvello?
Sanvello is an evidence-based, mobile care app designed to relieve the symptoms of stress, anxiety, and depression, anywhere, anytime—because symptoms often appear when least expected. It is not a replacement for mental health services, but can provide useful lessons and be used for overall well-being. The app offers daily mood tracking, meditations, a journal, assessments and a community board of hope. This app can be used privately or can be used in addition to mental health services. Counselors can request access to share information and assign assessments and tools individuals can try. Lawrence’s specific, emergency resources are also listed within the app for those in need of quick and easy access.

Wellness Services

Balance is key to your success at Lawrence University, and you'll find many wellness services on campus to help you find that balance.  Wellness Services is an integrated department including Health, Counseling, Wellness education, and prevention programming with fitness and Recreation. Our collaboration helps us to support the whole student. We are located in the Wellness Building on the 2nd level.

About the Wellness Center

The wellness center is open seven days a week, providing more than 100 hours of access. 

The facility offers a cardiovascular exercise room and a weight room, racquetball courts, a gymnasium with an elevated, four-lane jogging track, 25 meter swimming pool and a relaxing mindspa. Students, faculty and staff participate in activities such as volleyball, basketball, intramurals, TRX, yoga, Taijutsu, badminton, pickleball, water polo and more!
