Information for Students Traveling to Campus Affected by Recent Natural Disasters
To all Lawrence students and their families affected by recent natural disasters, please know that your safety and well-being is our number one priority as dangerous situations unfold. For any student whose travel to campus for the start of the fall term may be delayed by the effects of Harvey, Irma, western wildfires and other natural disasters, know that all efforts will be made to accommodate your housing and class schedules whenever you’re able to arrive. Should any students have specific questions or concerns about how these events are impacting their start of the fall term, they should contact the Dean of Students Office at 920-832-6596 or email@example.com and we will work with you and coordinate with other campus offices to respond to your needs.
Parking Lottery, Vehicle Registration
If you plan to bring a vehicle to campus, remember to complete the vehicle registration process on Voyager in order to receive a vehicle registration sticker.
After we've processed your vehicle registration information, you'll be eligible to sign up on Voyager for the parking lottery, a chance for a 24-hour parking spot. In 2017-18, the parking lottery will run on this schedule:
|Fall Term||August 7, 2017, at 2pm|
|Winter Term||November 13, 2017, at 2pm|
|Spring Term||March 5, 2018, at 2pm|
After the parking lottery runs, lottery participants can check Voyager for results. Those who win a parking lottery spot will be charged a $75 fee. The 24-hour parking lottery sticker will be placed in your campus mailbox.
If you have questions, please email the Dean of Students Office at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Your 2017-18 Meal Plan
Meal plan selection for the 2017-18 academic year is underway. Continuing students should log on to Voyager and navigate to Student Services - Meal Plan Selection to choose their plan. Our newly admitted students will be able to select their meal plan in July.
