Welcome to the Conservatory Office! We are the hub of the Con, where all the backstage magic happens so that all the onstage magic can go off without a hitch.

We can help you book rooms, schedule recitals, check out instruments, meet the Dean, get a piano key, and meet with the physical therapist. You name it, we can do it, or tell you who can!

We also have years of experience answering interesting questions so check out the FAQs page for some helpful tips for navigating your time in the Conservatory!

Fill out the Recording Session Request Form to start the process of getting a recording time and date booked. Pricing, FAQs, and more information can be found on the Recording Services pages.

University instruments can be borrowed free of charge by students with faculty approval. Additional supplies such as reeds etc. are not supplied with the instrument. Fill out the Instrument Loan Form to start the process!

Head to this page to find resources and information for getting set up with a collaborative pianist for your recital or your next recording project!

The Dean's Advisory Council

The Dean’s Advisory Council (DAC) is an elected student group meant to provide the Conservatory student community with a means of giving feedback and suggestions to the administration. They meet as a group with the Dean of the Conservatory and the Director of Conservatory Operations three to six times a year, review suggestions and implement solutions or new programs as necessary. If you have a suggestion you'd like to submit, email: conservatory@lawrence.edu. Anonymous submissions are also accepted via your Voyager dashboards under the "Student Services" tab.
