The Water is Wide is a semi-devised dance-theatre collage coordinated by Timothy X. Troy and Mauriah Donegan Kraker. Featuring scenes written by Prof. Troy, new choreography by Prof. Donegan Kraker with poetry by Patricia Smith and Patrick Kavenagh (and others), included a striking visual imagery, evocative soundscapes, dynamic movement, and music created specifically for this production.

The Double Infidelity (La Double Inconstance)

The Double Infidelity is an 18th-century French comedy by Marivaux about two peasant lovers, Silvia and Arlequin, who are separated and each tempted by aristocratic suitors at court. Marivaux exquisitely examines the malleability of human affection, and whether love can survive the temptations of a higher social sphere.

A small town: a nice, safe place to live. Until a little girl disappears. The story starts to sound like a murder mystery, and then turns a bit nightmarish... and asks us what we choose to protect when the threat targets the wider community AND our own loved ones.
