Ways to Pay the Housing Deposit

The housing deposit is nonrefundable and required for any continuing student who will require housing on campus for one or more terms during the 2019-2020 academic year. New incoming students for Fall 2019 do NOT pay the housing deposit. Payments are due April 8, 2019 and need to be made to Financial Services. There are a variety of ways this payment can be made:

  1. Mail - Payments by check can be made payable to Lawrence University. Please include the student's name and/or ID on the check and indicate the payment is for the housing deposit. Payments can be mailed to:
    Lawrence University
    Attn:  Student Accounts
    711 E. Boldt Way
    Appleton, WI 54911
  2. In Person - Payments can be made via cash or check at the cashier in Brokaw Central between 8:00 am and 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday. If a student has a negative balance over $200, they can request to have that pay towards it as well. In these cases, contact the cashier to have this happen.
