Ways to Pay the Housing Deposit

The housing deposit is nonrefundable and required for any continuing student who will require housing on campus for one or more terms during the 2017-2018 academic year.  New incoming students for fall 2017 do not pay the housing deposit.  Payments are due April 10, 2017 and need to be made to Financial Services.  There are a variety of ways this payment can be made:

  1. Mail - Payments by check can be made payable to Lawrence University.  Please include the student's name and/or ID on the check.  Payments can be mailed to
    Financial Services
    711 E Boldt Way SPC 33
    Appleton, WI  54911
  2. In Person - Payments can be made via cash or check at the cashier window in Brokaw Hall between 10am - 3pm Monday through Friday.  If a student has a negative balance over $200.00, they can request to have that pay towards it as well. In these cases, contact the cashier to have this happen.
