Lawrence University offers its facilities at Björklunden for use by private, public and corporate groups. Located just south of Baileys Harbor, Wis., in picturesque Door County, the site accommodates a wide variety of seminars, meetings and special events. It is available for use throughout the year.
The magnificent two-story, 37,000-square-foot lodge contains a great room, three seminar rooms, dining room and kitchen, as well as 22 guest rooms. It can sleep 44 to 104 people. There are two lakeside decks, a second-story observation deck, an elevator and a computer lab. The entire facility has wireless Internet access and plenty of parking.
Seminar Rooms
Vail Hall provides an exceptional environment for concerts, large meetings and intimate theatre presentations. It has a theater-style seating capacity of 130 and a table-style seating capacity of 120. Lakeside seminar room has a theatre-style seating capacity of 50 and a table-style seating capacity of 32. North seminar room has a theatre-style seating capacity of 48 and a table-style seating capacity of 36. Each seminar room features a complete audiovisual setup.
