What are check-in and check-out times? 

Check-In Time: 2:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. CT 
Check-Out Time: By 10:00 a.m. CT following the final night on campus 

Where do I check-in? 

 Warch Campus Center Information Desk. 711 E Boldt Way, Appleton, WI 54911. Additional information about check-in will be listed on your reservation confirmation. 

Can I have extra guests staying in my room if they bring their own cots/air mattresses and linens? 

Additional guests are not allowed. The total number of guests in each room should not exceed the number of university-beds provided. 

When is my payment due? 

Down payment is due upon finalizing reservation. Final Payments are due July 11th. Please call 920-419-6925 to make your payment.

What happens after I make my payment? 

You will be considered a “no-show” if you do not arrive by 12pm (noon) CDT on the day following your scheduled arrival date, as printed on your confirmation. If you have not made arrangements with Lawrence Event Staff by this time, your reservation will be cancelled, and you will not receive a refund. We are unable to transfer deposits to another year.

What if I need to cancel my reservation? 

Cancellations before June 15 will receive a full refund less a $25 handling fee. 
Cancellations made between June 15 - July 13 will be charged a minimum of one night's fee per room reserved. 

No refunds will be paid for cancellations made after July 13 or "no-shows." 

Are meals available on campus? 

The Café in the Warch Campus Center will be open to EAA guests and features cooked-from-scratch daily offerings using the freshest quality ingredients. Credit cards are accepted. 

Is there a shuttle service? 

Lawrence does not currently provide a shuttle service.

Do you provide maid service? 

Maid service is not provided. Guests will be required to make their own beds upon arrival. Linen packets will be on each bed. 

What linens are provided? 

Each linen packet includes a pillow, blanket, top & bottom sheet, pillowcase, two bath towels and one washcloth. 

What is furnished in the room? 

Private Suites feature 1, 2, 3, or 4 bed private air-conditioned rooms. Each private room has a twin XL bed, wardrobe, desk, chair, and 3-tier clothing drawer. Each suite has one or two bathrooms, full kitchen, living room with couch, armchairs, coffee table, and end table. Furnished linens are described above. 

Is guest wireless access available? 

Wireless access is available free of charge to all guests. Login information will be provided in your room. 

What else should I consider bringing? 

You may want to consider bringing an alarm clock (there are no wake-up calls), hair dryer, personal toiletries, medications and laundry detergent. These items are not available for purchase on campus. 

Are there refrigerators, microwaves and televisions? 

Each Suite has a refrigerator, microwave, and television. Shares laundry rooms are available on each floor.

Is smoking allowed? 

Smoking is prohibited in all Lawrence University owned, leased, or operated buildings, on Lawrence sidewalks and in Lawrence parking lots.

Smoking is permitted on City of Appleton public sidewalks (adjacent to city streets). 

Are pets allowed? 

Pets are not allowed. Service animals are welcome. The Auxiliary Services Office or Lawrence Event Staff should be notified in advance if guests plan to bring service animals on campus to ensure appropriate accommodations can be arranged. 

Is there an ATM on campus? 

No, Lawrence is a cashless campus. Please plan accordingly.
