During the summer, facility requests may be accommodated at any time within the calendar week. Most Lawrence facilities, except for the Warch Campus Center, are not available during the regular academic year (September through June) and use may be restricted to evenings and weekends.
Rates for the use of Lawrence facilities vary depending on the status of the organization, including educational partners, not-for-profit organizations, and commercial organizations, as well as the space itself.
Full-day and half-day rates are available on most facilities. A half-day is typically four hours or less, depending on the space and type of use.
