The parent not on the FAFSA is the "Secondary Parent." Use this chart to help you determine who your Primary Parent is.

- We will also accept the CSS Profile (Household B) in lieu of the Secondary Parent Financial Aid Form.
Option B: Secondary Parent Financial Aid Form Waiver
If you have no contact with your Secondary Parent, please submit this form.
If Applicable: Complete FAFSA Verification
Some FAFSAs are selected for verification by The Department of Education. This is to ensure the information on the FAFSA is reported accurately. If your FAFSA has been selected for verification, click here to see what the next steps are.
