  • Billing statements are only available online in CASHNet. Click here to access CASHNet.
  • The first billing statement of the academic year is available on July 15. New billing statements are available on the 15th of each month.
  • Students must create a CASHNet account for their parent(s) or authorized user(s). Click here for instructions.

Payment Options

Online

To pay online using your checking account or credit card, login to CASHNet.

Online payment options:

  • Electronic Check (no fee)
  • Credit Card (transaction fee applies)*

*Credit card payments are subject to a convenience fee of approximately 3%. During the check out process, the fee will be calculated and disclosed. 
 

Mail

Please put the student's name and ID in the memo line.

In Person

Make a payment in person by going to the Cashier Window located in 105 Brokaw Hall (building #13 on this map).

Accepted forms of payment at the Cashier Window:

  • Cash
  • Check
  • Money Order

Monday - Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
Friday 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

 

After hours: Please use the mail slot for payments to be processed the next business day.

 

Monthly Payment Plan

Lawrence University offers the option of an interest-free monthly payment plan, allowing students to spread education expenses over 10 monthly payments.  To enroll, please fill out the Monthly Payment Plan Enrollment Form (available after July 15th) and submit it to the Student Accounts Office.  If you have any questions, please call (920) 832-6547 or send an email to student_accounts@lawrence.edu.

Additional Loan Options

Your financial aid award will include the Federal Direct Loan(s) you are eligible to receive. Federal Direct Loan limits are available here. If you are eligible for the Federal Perkins Loan, this loan option will also be included with your financial aid award.

If you need additional funding, there are two loan options:

  1. Private education loan
  2. Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan*

*If your parent's request for a Federal Direct Parent PLUS Loan is denied, your will be eligible for an additional Unsubsidized Direct Loan. Click here for the Federal Direct Loan annual limits

Payment Due Dates

Students are billed on a term-by-term basis. Payment is due on the 15th of the month before the term starts.
