Payment: Cash, check or credit card information for the full amount must accompany each order. We will make every effort to fill your order as requested. If seating is not available in the location requested, we will substitute the next best unless you indicate otherwise on the order form. All online or phone orders are subject to a $4.00 handling fee. A $1.00 credit card fee will be added to all credit card orders. An additional delivery fee of $1.00 will be charged to mail tickets.
Tickets: Due to fire codes, everyone including infants, must have a ticket. In consideration of others, please do not bring children under the age of three to major shows. There will be no refunds or exchanges for individual ticket sales. Because touring events occasionally reschedule, programs, artists, and performance dates are subject to change. In the unlikely event of a change of date or cancellation, the change will be announced as early as possible, and an attempt will be made to contact all ticket holders.
Box Office Hours: The Box Office is open from 12:30 p.m. – 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday during the academic year. The Box Office will open one hour prior to performances.
Special Needs: Patrons with special needs should notify the Box Office when purchasing tickets so that the proper arrangements can be made.
No Smoking: The Lawrence Memorial Chapel, Shattuck Hall and the Music-Drama Center are a smoke-free environment.
Programs, artists and dates are subject to change.
Purchasing Tickets the Night of an Event
Tickets, if still available, are sold at the box office one hour before each performance.
Will Call Tickets
Will call tickets are available for pickup in the lobby of the Lawrence Memorial Chapel beginning one hour before show time. Will call tickets must be paid for at the time your order is placed. We cannot hold tickets without payment.
All Lawrence University performance spaces are smoke-free. No food or drink is allowed in the seating areas. Due to contractual agreements with the performers, the taking of pictures and use of recording equipment are strictly prohibited.
Restrooms are located at the south end of the main lobby.
Lost and Found
Articles left in the Chapel, Cloak, and Stansbury theatres may be claimed by calling 920-832-6612 the first weekday following the performance.
Observing Electronic Courtesy
Please remember to turn off all cellular phones, pagers and electronic watch alarms before entering the theatre.
Out of courtesy to the performers and other audience members, patrons arriving after the performance has started will be seated at the discretion of ushers.
Recording Equipment and Cameras
Cameras and recording devices of any type are strictly prohibited. Violators are subject to removal.
We welcome children old enough to enjoy our performances. All guests, regardless of age, require a paid ticket.
