A dual-degree flutist in the Conservatory of Music and a soccer player studying biology and environmental studies collaborated to revive the Lawrence University Pep Band. About 30 of their peers have joined the fun.

The Lawrence University men's basketball team returned from Greece having built deeper connections. "I feel like we almost have an unbreakable bond now," said sophomore forward Nicholas Gouriotis.

The Lawrence University men’s basketball team will play three games during a 10-day trip to Greece. Beyond the basketball, the Vikings will explore Greece in what Coach Casey Korn believes will be a transformational experience.

Outfielders Edan Perez, Parker Knoll, and Jacob Charon led the way as the Lawrence baseball team won the MWC regular season title. Now the Vikings host the MWC Tournament with a berth in the NCAA Division III Tournament on the line.

Excitement is ramping up as Lawrence's women's basketball team heads to Ripon this weekend for the four-team Midwest Conference Tournament. It's the Vikings' first tournament berth since 2007.

In 2020-21, women’s hockey started as Lawrence University’s 22nd varsity athletics program. Four years later, nine seniors who were present since the beginning are preparing to graduate. The memories are strong.

Taylor Hughes is a creative writing major and a two-sport athlete—volleyball and softball. She also works as the sports editor of The Lawrentian. It's a perfect combination of creativity and competition, she says.

The legacy of Joe Patterson ’69 will live on at Lawrence University through an endowed scholarship in his name, funded by classmates, teammates, family, and friends who witnessed his generosity and strength during and after his time on campus.

Lawrence University broke ground Wednesday on a Team Complex at Ron Roberts Field at the Banta Bowl. Featuring locker rooms and meeting spaces, it's set to be completed by fall.

Lawrence is investing $4.3 million to renovate the track and field facilities at George A. Whiting Memorial Field. The old track will be razed, and the new lighted track will be built, opening in fall 2023. A groundbreaking took place Oct. 3.
