Ensemble Auditions 2015

Auditions will be held on September 13, 2015. Sign-up sheets will be available in the Conservatory during Welcome Week.
The panel will consist of Mr. Bell and Dr. Mast and/or Dr. Arau. The auditions will not be blind.

The excerpts are available here. Everyone should prepare the music in the PDF marked "Excerpts for all clarinetists." There are two exceptions:
- For Symphonic Band consideration only, you may play the standard excerpts or a work of your choice.
- For bass clarinet only, play the Dahl excerpts in the PDF marked "Bass Clarinet Excerpt." You will not be considered for Bb clarinet placement.
  - For other auxiliary instruments, express an interest on your audition form on the day of the audition.
For LSO consideration, prepare the standard excerpts and the orchestra excerpts. Auditioning for orchestra is optional.
- If you do not have access to an A clarinet, you may play the Verdi excerpt, as written, on Bb clarinet.
