Travel Information

Air travel:

The Appleton airport (ATW) is served by two major carriers:

  • United (connecting through Chicago O'Hare), and
  • Delta (connecting through Minneapolis-St.Paul, Detroit, and Atlanta)

 

The Lawrence University campus is located adjacent to the downtown area which is about 5 miles from the airport.  Local taxi service is available at the following numbers:

For those staying at the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel, there is an airport shuttle (920) 733-8000.

 

Car travel:

Appleton is approximately two hours by car from either Milwaukee or Madison, and about 3 1/2 hours from Chicago.
