The Division of Institutional Access and Belonging aims to ensure that all students, faculty, and staff feel that they belong and can thrive at Lawrence. We provide leadership and resources and partner with academic departments, student groups, and other divisions to create welcoming environments that enable everyone to succeed.

Title IX and Nondiscrimination
The Division of Institutional Access and Belonging helps to ensure Lawrence University complies with applicable laws and policies regarding discrimination on the basis of sex, sex characteristics, sexual orientation, and sex stereotypes.

Disability and Accessibility
The Accessibility Services Office partners with you to determine and provide accommodations when academic and campus barriers exist, collaborates with you and campus partners to create accessible and welcoming learning environments, and supports your development of self-advocacy skills.

The Intercultural Center
The Intercultural Center helps ensure a welcoming environment for all students to be able to thrive personally, socially, and academically at Lawrence University through education, conversation, and celebrations that embrace oneself and others.

Employee Resource Groups
Employee Resource Groups help support, sustain, and create community at Lawrence. All of these groups are open to all faculty and staff.
