Health and Wellness Resources

Balance is key to your success at Lawrence University.

Wellness Services includes health, counseling, wellness education, and prevention programming with fitness and recreation. Explore ways you can find the support you need and opportunities to stay balanced. 

Counseling can help you navigate the transitions, challenges, and overall life experiences while at Lawrence. You’ll develop a relationship with a counselor who has the training and compassion to help you reach your goals and succeed.

Nurse appointments are available for when you’re feeling ill, and they can refer you to specialists if further care is needed. You’ll also find over-the-counter and prescription medications, laboratory testing, immunizations, and many more services.

You’ll find wellness programs throughout the year to help keep you balanced, including group exercise, mindfulness activities, massages, pet therapy, and more!

If you’re looking to play a sport with friends, form an intramural team! Intramurals give students, faculty, and staff the opportunity to participate in recreational and competitive athletic activities.

Discover Lawence’s ESports lounge in Memorial Hall. Open daily, 4-10 p.m., dive into Nintendo Switch and PC games like League of Legends and Valorant. Competitive gaming awaits!
