Krystal E. Light (she/her/hers)

Staff Counselor

Krystal is originally from St. Louis, MO and has over 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in a variety of settings from residential group homes to outpatient clinical settings. In working with clients, she utilizes an eclectic, integrative approach but also believes that a person’s thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are closely interconnected and frequently incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in treatment. Krystal is dedicated to de-stigmatizing mental illness and instilling hope in her clients that can encourage positive life changes and promote healing.
