Brokaw Hall

Elegant and historic, Brokaw is a step away from downtown Appleton.

Built in 1911, Brokaw Hall was the second dorm on campus and exclusively for men. Today, it is a co-ed residence hall with mostly upperclass students living on the third and fourth floor. The first and second floor have been converted into administrative offices for the university.
