Team Information

Waivers:

Rowers are required to turn in one practice waiver at the beginning of the school year, as well as one regatta waiver for each regatta. In addition, non-students traveling to and from regattas or events with the team need to fill out a non-student waiver for each trip.

Practice and Regatta Waiver:Rowers need to turn in one practice waiver at the beginning of each school year, as well as complete a swim test, in order to be allowed to practice on the water.
Non-Student Waiver :Must be completed by all non-Lawrence students participating in an event hosted by Lawrence University.

Swim Tests

Swim tests are mandatory before participating in any water activity at Lawrence. Swim tests will be conducted by the a board member and the Lawrence University Swim Coach, Drew Fleek. Swim tests are scheduled at the beginning of Fall term and before spring break.

Requirements for the Swim Test

Swim tests will be carried out in t-shirt and shorts

The rower must be able to swim 50 m continuously and tread water
