Ms. Franklin is Senior Director of Development for Southern CA Major Gifts at UC Berkeley where she leads strategic priorities and philanthropic engagement in the region. Prior to UC Berkeley, she held roles at UC San Diego and San Diego State.

A native of Jamaica, Ms. Franklin earned a bachelor’s degree in government and philosophy from Lawrence and completed her EMBA with Quantic School of Business and Technology.
