Mr. Murray served forty years as a Foreign Service Officer with the U.S. Department of State. His assignments included diplomatic positions as the U.S. Ambassador to the Republic of the Congo, Political Advisor to the Supreme Allied Commander for NATO Forces, and Deputy Chief of Mission at the U.S. Mission to the European Union in Brussels. Mr. Murray earned a bachelor’s degree in government from Lawrence and a law degree from Cornell Law School.
