Dr. Noa Kageyama will host an interactive session focused on mental training and peak performance practice. Tailored to both musicians and athletes, Dr. Kageyama addresses questions like: How do practicing for skill and practicing for performance differ? How does one manage nerves, and “practice” confidence and focus? Dr. Kageyama is on the faculty of the Juilliard School and is the performance psychology coach for the New World Symphony.
