Have you ever wanted to hold a centuries-old art object in your hand? Join us in the Quirk Study Room of the Wriston Art Center to interact with our ancient coin collection! This year’s Petting Zoo will include coins with geographic or symbolic connections to the Odyssey and other classical epics. We will also explore how ancient coins are used to translate the Greco-Roman world into other contexts. This event is free and open to the public.
