Join oboe professor Nora Lewis and bassoon professor Carl Rath in a day devoted to double reed performance!
- Observe and perform in master classes
- Receive guidance and suggestions before you play at State Contest
- Learn principles of reed making and adjustment
- Enjoy the unique sonic experiences of oboe, bassoon, and other double reed ensembles
- Meet other oboists and bassoonists
- Visit Miller Marketing, a leading vendor of double reed instruments, accessories, and reed-making supplies
All events are in the beautiful Shattuck Hall on the Lawrence University campus. Open to all students in grades 9–12.
