Lawrence University welcomes celebrated singer and actor Audra McDonald for a special campus event, “The Art of Leadership: A Conversation with Audra McDonald,” on Friday, April 10. Following the discussion moderated by university president Laurie A. Carter, audience members have the opportunity participate in a live Q&A session.
“At Lawrence, we strive to enrich the academic experiences of students by bringing a broad range of creators – musicians, artists, scientists, and more – to campus to participate in events that spark creativity and inspiration within our campus as well as the broader community,” said Lawrence University president Laurie A. Carter. “As a community, we are excited to learn more about Audra’s perspective on the value of mentorship and personal/professional development at every stage of one’s journey.”
