Ms. Gunderson retired in 2026 as Executive Vice President of Managed Services at J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., where she led product strategy, operations, technology‑enabled delivery, and client service. Following her retirement, she transitioned into consulting and now advises organizations on global operations, quality management, and scalable service models. She also serves as an advisor to the J. J. Keller & Associates Board of Directors.

Ms. Gunderson is Board Chair for Catalpa Health, a pediatric mental health nonprofit serving children and families in Appleton, Wisconsin and the surrounding communities. She remains actively engaged in community service. She earned a bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Minnesota State University Moorhead, an MBA from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh and is a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
