Mr. Flaherty is a shareholder in the Wisconsin based law firm of Godfrey & Kahn. Prior to joining the firm, he was a Federal Prosecutor in the United States Department of Justice, United States Attorney’s Office, Eastern District of Wisconsin.

Mr. Flaherty earned a bachelor’s degree in political science from Williams College and a law degree from the University of Wisconsin.
