Tornado Recovery Resources
Lawrence University stands with our neighbors across the Fox Cities following the devastating storms and recognizes the loss and disruption experienced throughout our community.
Local organizations are coordinating response and recovery efforts. This page will be updated as new information, resources and opportunities become available.

Immediate Assistance
Get Help or Report Damage
Anyone seeking information about food, water, emergency shelter or other local resources can contact 211 Wisconsin. The service is free, confidential and available 24 hours a day.
People who experienced storm damage in Outagamie or Winnebago counties are also encouraged to submit a damage report. Each report helps local emergency management teams understand community needs and direct resources where they are needed most.
Support the Recovery
How You Can Help
United Way Fox Cities, local community foundations, Volunteer Fox Cities, emergency management teams and other community partners are working together to coordinate response and recovery efforts.
Community members can support this work by donating or volunteering through the organizations leading the coordinated response.
Donations to the Community Response Fund will support coordinated local recovery and rebuilding efforts. Contributions will be pooled to help community organizations respond to identified needs as recovery continues.
Those who would like to make a gift through an existing fund at the Community Foundation for the Fox Valley Region or the Oshkosh Area Community Foundation should contact those organizations directly.
Volunteer Fox Cities is serving as the central hub for volunteer coordination. Needs may change from day to day, and opportunities will be shared as they are identified and organized.
Please review the latest instructions before traveling to an affected area. When no opportunities are listed, continue checking back as new needs emerge.
Recovery information and community needs will continue to change. Lawrence will use this section to share verified updates from local emergency management teams and coordinating organizations.
