The Ariel Staff

Justin Severson, Business Director

Justin is a sophomore (class of '08) majoring in Linguistics, with minors in French and Gender Studies.

Justin is also part of the Student Calling Team for the Admissions Office, as well as a member of LU Vegans and Vegetarians (LUVV), and Gay, Lesbian, Other, Whatever (GLOW).

Davis Hudson, Photography Director

Davis is now in her 3rd year at Lawrence (class of '07), with a major in Biology.

Davis is also a Resident Life Manager, a desk clerk, a member of the Classic Films Club, LUVV, LU Community Council, a LARY buddy, a VITAL tutor, and participates in LU Women's Hockey

Giang Bui, Copy Director

Giang is a sophomore (class of '08), aiming for an interdisciplinary degree in Math and Economics.

She is also involved in Students' War Against Hunger and Poverty (SWAHP) and Circle K, and is a tutor at the Center for Teaching and Learning (CTL).

Dominique Gougis, Layout Design Director

Currently a junior (class of '07) majoring in Psychology and Philosophy, Dominique also makes time for her many clubs and jobs, which include: the Union Station, LUVV, GLOW, LARY buddy, Welcome Week Leader, Humanities Lab, and Residence Life Committee.

Le Hoai Thuong, Operations Director

Thuong, aka "Dumdum"--the picture says it all--is a sophomore (class of '08) majoring in Mathematics.

Dumdum also identifies herself as a member of: LU Computer Science Club (LUCS), Boosting Alcohol Conciousness Concerning the Health of University Students (BACCHUS), VITAL tutoring, tutoring for the CTL, Phonathon, and Catering.

Justine Reimnitz: The Phantom

Justine is currently in her 5th and final year at Lawrence, majoring in Studio Art. She is also involved in V-Day.

Justine has been with the Ariel since her first year, and was the Editor-in-Chief for several years. As our current staff is too small to have all the directors plus an Editor-in-Chief, Justine is now stepping back to train the newer staff members.
