There is no cost to remain on campus over spring break, but you MUST be registered through the Voyager form. Please note that there are no meals available over spring break. Please submit your request to stay no later than Wednesday, March 13, 2019.

Please note: there will be a power shutdown across campus on Sunday, March 17th from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. This power shutdown will not affect the Exec Houses or N. Union Street.

Spring Break Housing Requests

Starting on Friday, February 1, 2019, log in to your Voyager account, click on “Student Services” and then “Request for Housing”. Provide "Travel" as your reason for staying, the dates you’ll be on campus, and details about why you’ll need to stay (you can just list "travel"). If you’re staying/leaving multiple times over break, you’ll need to complete a separate request for each date range you’ll be on campus.

There are no charges to remain on campus over break if you're a student living on campus both winter AND spring terms. The university is open during spring break, but we ask you to specify the dates you will be here so we have information for safety reasons.

Winter Term Late Stays/Spring Term Early Arrivals - Please note: Students who are on campus winter term but will not be on campus spring term must vacate their rooms no later than noon on Thursday, March 14 or request late stay. Students who are not on campus winter term but who are returning spring term should plan to arrive on 9 am on Sunday, March 24 or request early arrival. If you are NOT a student on campus for BOTH terms, you will be treated as a late stay or early arrival, which is subject to a $25 per day housing charge. Please enter the late stay/early arrival dates that will apply to your situation, if needed.

To view the status of your housing request, you can view it through your Voyager account.
