    Join Amy Gruen in a joyful practice of spinal waves, intentional transitions, and mindful alignments. TriYoga is a lineage of yoga synthesizing posture, breath, and focus. It pays close attention to alignments and to transitions between poses. TriYoga's guiding principles are: Relaxation in Action, Steady and Even Pacing, Economy of Movement, and Extending in All Directions. Props are used to deepen the practice, and all are invited, regardless of physical ability. This event enhances spiritual and religious life.
