The Lawrence University Registrar's Office is responsible for maintaining the official student academic records of the University. Services for students and faculty include:

  • registration for classes
  • degree audit maintenance in Degree Works
  • grade collection and reporting
  • transcripts
  • enrollment verifications
  • enrollment and degree reporting to National Student Clearinghouse 
  • maintain academic record information 
  • degree conferral
  • evaluations for transfer credit
  • publication of the class schedule
  • classroom scheduling
  • final exam schedules

Office staff can provide information about academic regulations, registration, waitlists, declaring a major, changing advisors, transfer credit approval process, degree audits in Degree Works, intent to graduate process, scheduling a class, and changing a classroom. Students are welcome to stop in and strongly encouraged to contact the office if they have questions or concerns about their course registrations or their academic records.

The Registrar's Office is located on the 2nd floor of Alice G. Chapman Hall with Financial Aid, and Student Accounts.

Regular Hours:
8 am – 5 pm
Monday – Friday

Spring Break Hours:
March 14 - March 22
8 am – 4 pm

Summer Hours:
8 am – 4 pm

Note: The office closes for University Convocations.
