Greetings, prospective students! We’re so glad that you’re interested in Lawrence, and we’d like you to learn as much about it as possible through our website. Please peruse the faculty bios, student performances, and other links to get yourself acquainted. Then feel free to pepper us with questions; any one of us on the piano faculty is happy to chat with you, either via phone or email!
That said, no computer can ever quite substitute for the real thing, and what we’d most like is to meet you in person. We hope that you’ll try to visit campus—either for a prospective student visit day or for an audition or simply at your own convenience. We’re available to give you sample lessons and to talk with you and your parents; we’d also love for you to see our lovely campus and to attend classes so that you get a feel for what makes us special. The tightness of our community, the integration of liberal arts and music, and the dedication of faculty to students – these are the things you need to see for yourselves. Meanwhile, however, explore what we have to offer—we hope you’ll be intrigued!
