Lawrence International is one of the largest student organizations at Lawrence University, connecting the international community with American students on campus. It organizes campus-wide events including dance formals, picnics, cultural dinners and activities, the annual Cabaret, and so much more.

International students themselves describe LI as:

“an organization that strives to make a home for international students and domestic students alike, is a grounds for cultural integration, and a safe space for all,”—Kazuma Noguchi ’19

… that includes: “friends, family, fun, and luckily sometimes even food! ”—Daniel Vaca ’19

And “LI has been my support system from day one. It is where global-minded people come together and create a diverse community at Lawrence. The platform that LI provides is unique, and it gives an extraordinary chance to its members to represent their cultures and learn about different ones around them.”—Tamanna Akram ‘18
