This application is due at the LUCC Office drop box outside the 4th-floor computer lab in the Warch Campus Center or emailed to by 11:59 PM on Sunday, February 10th, 2019.

Applications received after that time will not be considered. In order to be selected, you must complete this application, meet the minimum guidelines set forth in Article III, Section III of the Constitution, and complete an interview with the LUCC President-elect and Vice-President-elect. Each position’s exact duties and responsibilities are contained within the Constitution and By-Laws (you can download both from the Lawrence website), but we have included a brief overview below.

Keep in mind that no position is guaranteed to any applicant. We will take into consideration many factors including prior clerical, parliamentary/student government, financial/bookkeeping experience, leadership positions, communication skills, ability to work with others, respect towards diverse opinions, etc.

LUCC Committee Appointments

LUCC is looking for student committee members.
LUCC is looking for good leaders who are committed to improving social and academic life at Lawrence. IF you are interested in serving on any of the following committees you can fill out an application at any point during the year, under Committee Applications.

Funding with Finance

The funding request form should be used by students looking to request new or additional funds from the LUCC general fund, or by groups wanting to reallocate funds from their student organization's current budget.

Finance Committee meets on Thursday evenings starting at 8:00pm weeks 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, and 8.

The funding request form must be submitted by 8:00 pm on Wednesday to be considered for the next Finance Committee meeting the proceeding Thursday.

After you have submitted your request, you will be contacted by email to arrange a time to come to a Finance Committee meeting.
