Who should be contacted for questions about this request?
Allow at least 1-2 weeks for most requests. More complex requests may require additional time. For major mailings, refer to your WorkZone timeline for when the list needs to be pulled. For emails, having the list pulled 1-2 days before the drop date is typical.
Basic contact information will be included with any email or mail merge request including names, email address (for emails), and mailing address (for mailings). You need to specify if you need any other data fields included in the export files such as class years or ask amounts to have them available to merge in. A draft of the piece should be included to help ensure the correct data is provided given the context.
