Symphonic Band

The Symphonic Band provides dedicated woodwind, brass and percussion players the opportunity to prepare and perform challenging band literature. The ensemble is open to students in grades 7-12. Band members should have at least two years of experience on their instrument. The ensemble rehearses weekly and performs in November and March of each year. Registration for Symphonic Band for the 2017-18 academic year is now closed. Please fill out the interest form to receive registration information for next year.

Symphonic Band is meant to augment, rather than replace, curricular music classes.  Therefore, we do expect that its members are enrolled in a school performance ensemble while they are enrolled in Symphonic Band.
