7/26 - Musical Theatre Showcase

On Friday, July 26, students from our Beginning Broadway Musical Theatre Workshop will present what they worked on during the week, including solo and group performances. The event will take place at 3:45 p.m. in Harper Hall, Lawrence Conservatory of Music.

7/29 - Office Closure

The Academy office will be closed on Monday, July 29; it will reopen on Tuesday morning at 8:30 a.m. Any lessons scheduled to take place at the Academy on Monday are unaffected - please plan to show up for your lesson.

8/5 - Campus Closure

The Lawrence University campus will be closed for electrical maintenance on Monday, August 5. The Academy will be closed and inaccessible this day.

8/19 - Piano Teacher Wellness Workshop

Anna Reiser and Kathy Privatt will share strategies for staying healthy while teaching piano based in the Taubman Approach to piano playing and the Alexander Technique. The workshop will take place on Monday, August 19 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

2019-20 Ensemble Registration

Registration is currently open for the following youth ensembles. Click on the program names for more information.

  • Ragazze Girl Choir
    • 2019-20 ensemble for students in grades 3-5 who identify as female and wish to sing
  • Symphonic Band
    • 2019-20 ensemble for students in grades 7-12 with at least 2 years of experience on their instrument
