DEI Programming
The Office of DEI has developed a variety of programs in order to fulfill Lawrence University’s mission statement that we are “committed to the development of intellect and talent, the pursuit of knowledge and understanding, the cultivation of sound judgment and respect for the perspectives of others.” Diversity is central to this commitment, and to the objective of preparing all Lawrentians for lives of engaged citizenship in our global society.
We have developed programs for students, for faculty, for staff; we work with these groups and with our accomplished and diverse alumni in order to enhance the institutional and intergenerational knowledge of Lawrence.
