Who's Who in the Campus Center
Campus Life
Located on the fourth level of the Warch Campus Center, the Office of Campus Life is responsible for overseeing the residential and extracurricular aspects of the Lawrence community. Campus Life hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1 p.m.-5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Campus Center Cinema
A 134-seat cinema with surround sound and state-of-the-art projection. All films are free and open to the public unless otherwise noted. Current series include the Independent Film Series (Wednesdays at 8 p.m.) and College Cult Classics (Fridays at midnight).
Digital Display Boards
Digital display boards list campus center events, LU events, announcements, and upcoming movies. Submit a digital poster at any time prior to the event. Follow specifications and guidelines.
Hochkammer Information Desk
Located on Main Street on the third level of the Warch Campus Center, the Hochkammer Information Desk provides general campus and event information, check cashing, and FAX services. Information Desk hours are 8 a.m. to midnight, seven days a week.
LU Bikes!
A free bicycle loan program available to all Lawrence University students, faculty, and staff. Ten Trek bicycles are available for checkout at the Hockhammer Information Desk (April through October). Riders must sign a waiver form and leave their LU ID with Information Desk staff. Lock and helmet are provided. No overnight rentals are allowed.
Lofgren Mail Services
Located on the second level of the Warch Campus Center, Lofgren Mail Services is a centralized full-service mail room for the campus community. USPS, Fed EX, UPS, and other services are available. Mail Services hours are 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday (closed Sunday).
Switchboard
Located at the Hochkammer Information Desk, the campus switchboard receives incoming calls and connects callers with the appropriate office on campus.
Campus Security
The Campus Security office is located on the third level in the office suite behind the Hochkammer Information Desk. Officers patrol the campus 24 hours a day and will respond to requests placed by dialing extension 6999. Although their chief functions are to assist members of the community on campus and to maintain the security of university facilities, officers also acts as the "eyes of the campus," noting safety concerns and unusual situations in daily reports for follow-up by university personnel.
ID and Reservations Office
Located behind the Hochkammer Information Desk, the ID and Reservations office issues new and replacement IDs, coordinates door access, and manages building reservations. ID and Reservations Office hours are 8 a.m. through 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Box Office
Located at the Hochkammer Information Desk, the Warch Campus Center Box Office is a satellite office of the main University Box Office located in the Music-Drama Center.
Bon Appetit at Lawrence University
Bon Appetit at Lawrence University provides dining services on the Lawrence University campus and is known for its culinary expertise and commitment to socially responsible practices.
Catering
Bon Appétit catering is dedicated to making your event successful and enjoyable. Special menus, requests, and catering options can always be arranged with the catering department.
Program & Technical Services
The Warch Campus Center has a trained student staff that handles most audio-visual and set-up needs within the building. Staff are available at most times to assist patrons with equipment and other support needs.
