About the Wellness Center

The wellness center is open seven days a week, providing more than 100 hours of access. 

The facility offers a cardiovascular exercise room and a weight room, racquetball courts, a gymnasium with an elevated, four-lane jogging track, Olympic-size swimming pool and a relaxing mindspa. Students, faculty and staff participate in activities such as volleyball, basketball, intramurals, TRX, yoga, Taijutsu, badminton, pickleball, water polo and more!
