Boot Camp Challenge

DUO trainer-style bodyweight workout. Instructors Andrew Braun and Danny Rivers, CSCS, will work on improving your core strength, balance,  performance and  endurance. Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:15 p.m.–8:15 p.m. in the Wellness Center Term II January 5-February 26.

WELLU is pleased to offer subsidized full-body therapeutic massage services. Appointments are available for 60 minutes and will be held at the YMCA. Students, staff and faculty may schedule an appointment by contacting Erin Buenzli at or 832-7190 and must pay cash at the appointment.

Due to the popularity of this service, clients are limited to one massage per term. The cost for a massage appointment for 2014-2015 is $20.00 for 60 minutes.
Sign up dates: September 1st for fall term, January 5th for winter term, and March 30th for spring term.

*Session time includes paperwork and hands on time.

The Lawrence comminuity is also eligible for massages at the YMCA at member prices. $39/hour and $26/30 minutes. Mention that you are a Lawrence student, staff or faculty when scheduling the appointment. The number to call and schedule is 920-954-7634. There is no limit to this service.
