Mission:To provide mentorship and foster empowerment in youth by creating a space to share ideas, bridge the gap of cross-cultural misunderstanding, and provide various activities focused on youth development, empowerment, and mentorship. This year, we are hoping to hold meetings at both Kaleidoscope Academy and the Lawrence University campus. Through weekly meetings and special events, we hope to promote the following traits in the teens so that they are comfortable and able to make educated decisions regarding academics and work later in life:

-Academic Support (Homework help) and Mentoring
-Celebrating New Relationships and Building Support
-Learning about Themselves
-Exploring their community as well as going on College tours
-Preparing them for Higher education opportunities and post-High School options
-Self-Esteem, particularly in new situations and in the classroom

Volunteer Opportunities: Volunteers are needed to interact with a diverse group of people. Sometime interacting with these students is just sitting and listening.
