Campus Visits and Interviews

Based on the interviews we conduct at OPE (as well as other resumes we receive), the RHD Selection Committee determines which candidates to invite to campus. These interview visits start in early March and continue until all positions are filled.

The campus visit includes

  • time spent with current RHD staff
  • a day of individual and group interviews with staff and students from the Student Affairs Division
  • tours feature academic buildings, residence halls, small houses and RHD apartments.

The Department of Campus Life pays for travel, accommodations (usually campus guest house facilities), and meals during your visit. A current RHD serves as your host to answer questions and act as a guide and resource during your time in Appleton. If you are invited to campus, your host will contact you before your visit and answer questions.

If you have any questions about campus visits or the interview process, please contact Amy Uecke, Associate Dean of Students for Campus Life.
