On-campus housing is offered to 2013-2014 continuing students who are employed at least 10 hours per week by Lawrence University, are doing paid summer research, or have an approved summer internship coordinated through the Career Center. Summer housing is not open to graduating seniors. Failure to maintain 10 hours per week may result in eviction from housing. Housing will be assigned through a seniority-based lottery for rooms in Hiett Hall. The lottery number that you will be given for fall 2013 housing selection will be used during the summer housing selection.

Applying for Summer Housing:

Secure on campus employment or Career Center endorsed internship (at least 10 hours per week) by April 19, 2013 (please note: applications are due to Human Resources by February 22, 2013).

Turn in a Summer Housing Application to the Campus Life Office by April 19, 2013. The Summer Housing Application is available here.

After you turn in your Summer Housing Application, you will need to pay your first payment to the Cashier in Brokaw (the Cashier will not accept your payment without the invoice). This must be paid by April 19, 2013 by 3pm at the Cashier in order to select housing on April 23, 2013.
