What is it?
Every student has a co-curricular record. The co-curricular record is an archive of all the activities in which a student participates: clubs, organizations, athletics, volunteering, and internships. Much like a transcript, the co-curricular record documents the accumulation of outside-class participation on campus throughout student enrollment.
How can I view my record?
The co-curricular record is available for viewing at any time. Students can log into their Voyager account and click on the “Student Services” tab. From the Student Service tab, there is an option to view the “Co-Curricular Record.”
How can I edit my record?
Students must open their record through Voyager (see “How can I view my record?”) and click on the “Edit” button. The Edit button will allow you to describe any corrections needed and submit the changes for review.
