Lawrence Assistance Reaching Youth (LARY)

A mentorship program between Lawrence University and Edison Elementary, our neighboring elementary school. Lawrence students spend 2 hours per week with an at-risk student, providing support and a positive role model.

VITAL Tutoring (VITAL)

A program designed to connect Lawrence student tutors with students from Appleton area elementary, middle, and high schools for 1 hour/week.

Hmong Youth Pride and Empowerment (HYPE)

Connects teens and adults to share and learn about different Asian cultures and histories, grow as leaders, have fun, and showcase their interests and talents. A Lawrence University + Roosevelt Boys and Girls Club Partnership.

Summer Volunteer Opportunity Grant (SVOG) designed to provide financial assistance to Lawrence students participating in service projects as learning experiences during the summer months. Because the VCSC recognizes the financial demands of a Lawrence University education, part of the funding is also intended to offset the opportunity cost of a summer spent engaged in volunteer and service work.
